Travis frontman and all round good bloke Fran Healy will release his debut solo outing on October 4th. There is a full review coming soon here on this very site but I thought you might like to hear a little bit of it right now. ‘Wreckorder’ features Fran’s best vocal performances in a decade, along with a certain thumb-waving Beatle of note, and will delight you if you’ve ever previously been a sucker for his home band. It won’t, however, in any way win over the doubters. Still, this sounds nice, doesn’t it?
